Rash of some type ?

    Hello , I just recently developed a rash of some kind in between my upper thighs.  The rash consists of  little red bumps but they don't really itch.  The problem is that its real red and blotchy on one side and in one spot it's real raw almost like it's very chapped and ready to bleed.   I was hoping I might get some info on any rash that might be caused by STD that could do this to my skin in this area and make it very raw and sore in spots  ?  Anything would help !! A rash could be from so many different things and most common is irritation and infection like a fungial infection. Herpes can cause a rash like look.
Best Idea is to see a Dr, it's probably just a regular rash.
