Rash on Anus

About a week ago I developed a rash that goes along most of my asscrack. It itches like crazy and at some points is downright painful, possibly from scratching. About 2 weeks ago I received a blowjob and slight rimjob from a woman. Before she gave me head she assured me she was free of diseases and had just gotten tested to prove it and offered me the papers. I guess my question is is there a reason to believe that the rash on my anus is somehow related to this event, and if so what could it be? Before her, I received another bj from a woman on the 29th of Dec. She was pregnant at the time and I assume they test her for STI's upon finding out her pregnancy as a precaution but I could be wrong. She also told me she was disease free. She had no contact with my anus. On the 8th of Dec, I had protected sex with a different woman who also made no contact with my anus. Is there any way the rash I am experiencing is sexually related? How concerned should I be?

In order for it to be sexually related it would have to have had some sort of anal penetration for there to be something in that area, correct?
