Rash on penis

I have a rash on the shaft of my penis. I am uncircumcised so When I look at my penis without stretching out the skin there are several pinkish splotches. They really don't itch much. Nor do they hurt. I was recently  (10 days ago)treated for stds but everything was negetive. When I stretch out my skin the splotches are less noticeable but still evident.

At this time there has been no liquid or puss...

I have no other symptoms that I am aware of.......Mild itchiness that I believe is my paranoia.......

Sounds like you likely have mild balanitis--the medical term for inflammation of the skin of the glans (glands) (head) of the penis.  Probably not an STD.  Bacterial overgrowth, yeast, and simply chemical irritation from accumulated secretions under the foreskin are the main causes of nonspecific balanitis.  Hygiene is the solution:  retract the foreskin and wash with soap and water about twice a day and keep the area dry, e.g. a little talcum powder (or even better, cornstarch) after you wash.  If the rash persists after you do this for 4-5 days, see your health care provider.

By the way, presumably you mean you were tested (not treated) for STDs 10 days ago.

the thing is it is mosly on my shaft middle to lower and I recently found it on my scrotum.

You can see tiny ridges/bumps with redness/pinkness
I am now having small amounts of itching on the scrotum.

I was diagnosed with Psoriasis on my elbows and knees.

Sorry, I misinterpreted the original message, missed the location/shaft.

Psoriasis commonly involves the genitals, and early/mild cases can present just as you describe.  Presumably you have a dermatologist; show the penile lesions to him/her.

hi,
i am concerned about a very tiny rash appearing on my penis head since last 15 days.
i use protection during sex.

it disappeared after a wash with dettol liquid but has reappeared today making me slightly concerned.

what is it and how would it go.
pls help.
