Rash on scrotum only. std?

Had protected sex with girl I didn't no and also received oral unprotected sex. About 5 days later all the skin on my scrotum became flaky and peeled off. Since then have been left with rash covering whole scrotum but nothing else. Also kissed the girl and have noticed a couple of sores on my lips. Any ideas on what std I may have and/or are they related.

Probably not related, I would see a Dr for the rash. Most of the time rashs are non-STD related.

Thanks for quick reply. I have been to doctor and first given cream for yeast infection but no improvement. After the skin peeled i panicked and put after shave balm (I'm an idiot) on it so my Dr. thinks it could be allergic reaction and should go away but I have had it a while now and its beginning to get me down. What kind of std would only give rash covering scrotum and nowhere else??
