Rash on thigh

About 38 days ago I had unprotected sex.  About a week ago I noticed a small skin rash on my inner thigh.  Could this be herpes?  It is very small, when I press on it I can see where the skin is raised almost like a hive (Red with white raised skin around it).  It gets irratated when I touch it and becomes itchy for a few minutes then it goes away.  It seems like it comes and goes.  Any input would be greatly apprectiated.  Thank you!

Ok thank you.  Yes its only on my left inner thigh.  About 4 days ago I had a clear discharge.  It went away and was not constaint.  5 days after the encounter I got tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia, along with HIV and syphilis.  All came back negative.  Would herpes cause a clear discharge?  I had pain during ejaculation as well (only once).  That being said my Dr. told me that my uric acid in my blood is off.  I have started a new diet too.  Could this be the cause of the discharge?  It has sense gone away.

okay herpes takes in between 1-30 days to show up so that seems possible.  This rash is only on your inner thigh? Usually when someone who has herpes the blisters start off itchy and irritated but then errupt into large painful blisters that crack and puss comes out and if it is herpes the sores would most likely do that and they would most likely be in other places besides the inner thigh.  It could just be a rash i would check with a dermatologist to be sure though
