Rash

I started experiencing a rash in the anal area and vaginal, just after I spent some days at the beach, that was a relaxing trip, with friends, no sex or foreplay implied, beach bathing and long periods of hot sun expositions, plus I spent a big part of one day wearing my bathing suit under very hot and sometimes dry and sometimes humid conditions.

From time to time after my period I get the same symptoms itching rash, inflamatory skin, and it was added to the appearance of a pimple or group of small pimple (two or three) sometimes in the vaginal area and some other times in the round anal area, I went to a primary physician and had used antifungal creams and even a combination with hidrocortisone. antibiotics oral treatment at the begining, the experience has been on and off and diminishing, this started eight months ago.

I´ve been having unprotected sex with one only partner during this time, last month I experienced a yeast infection that went away after treatment.

Even when it started after that heat and humid exposure I am worried for this could be an STD.

Well I would suggest following up with your Dr, maybe testing for herpes or HPV.
