Really worried about a bump

Last night, i spent the night with my boyfriend at his house. I am on my periode and we had unprotected sex. I am on birthcontroll. We have been having sex on the pill for a little over a year and nothing like this has happened. i came home this morning and i felt some painfull pressure on my outter labia, i thought the string from my tampon was hurting me. so i felt it and i noticed that its a bump. The best way to discribe it would be a small pimple. when i tried to pop it to see if it was a pimple some clear fluid with blood came out. so i stoped. im really worried that i may have something. Please help me.

You need to see your doctor to see what it is. Bumps do not necessarily mean you have an std.
