Really worried about an STD

Hi, on july 8 i received protected oral from a sex trade worker. I know it was wrong and shouldnt have happened and im guilty. Well a couple of days after that i had some discomfort on my penis. I went to the doctor after about 18 days and a complete std check up was done except HIV because of the window perioed. I got tested for hep b, c, gonorhea, chlymedia these r the ones i can remember but im sure they checked me for everything except hiv. Everything was negative and the doctor gave me lamisil to use for 10 days. After that there was improvement and the doctor stopped it as well. I also did get hiv anti body test do e seperately at 4 abd 10 weeks both negative. In fact the nursre said she was 99.4% sure im fine but im just thinking too much. Anyways i have been experiencing stiffness in my neck since 7 weeks after the encounter. Its on and off. Im really worried should i get tested again? Specially for hiv at 12 weeks? Im 23 yrs old! I would be grateful if a doctor can answer it.

oral sex isn't a real risk for hiv at all. you never needed tested for it let alone multiple testing for it.

as the other poster said -  protected oral sex isn't a risk for std's.  you don't need to test and you don't need to worry.

You have said ' Oral protected sex '
I dont see any reason to worry
more over you have already seen a doctor, just be comfortable
nothing happened to you
most of your symptoms are due to anxiety
