Really worried and scared to death with my activity

Hi

I went to a massage parlor today a korean asian one in united states.there the lady asked me to sit on the table . i had my underwear on and removed the clothes entirely. she started rubbing her hands on my body on top of my underwear on the penis and the body. i started rubbing her body with my hands on her boobs legs and stomach .. she removed her upper clothes and was on small coth on the panty .. no bra and no clothes on bra only small petty was there on her panty.. she sat on my underwear on top of my penis ( i ejaculated already i see some liquid on top of my underwear). she rubbed by sitting on my penis.

Then i did massage on her by rubbing her back thighs with my hands.. i hugged her with my chest and sat on her back and did some rubbing ( my underwear is there but ejaculated).

Finally she did rubbed wih her hands on my underwear ejaculated ( with liquid on ) , then i removed my pennis from my underwear and kept a towel on my penis and did masturbation and i ejaculated . i cleaned with a towel dont know whether its clean .

do we get hiv from her if she has with this activity... any small percent of chance 0.001 %

i am worried and really scared as i ejaculated and i rubbed her body with my hands and i tocuhed my penis later and she sat on my underwear if some her vaginal fluids from her panty fall on my underwear on the wet portion...

why did you do it again after you worried so much the first time?

what part of "this was no risk for a std" makes you think it could've been a hiv risk?
