Recieved first unprotected oral and penis burning

So, here we go.  I received tongue to anus oral and then received a blow job.  Its been 2 weeks but I feel like I started feeling an intermittent burning sensation that first night. I've gone and had the battery of tests done at the local health center but have no results yet.

I am freaking out.  I have now found what looks like a whitehead pimple on my perineum as well as have had some itching around my anus.  The white spot popped very much like a pimple (stiff white puss similar to a zit came out) when I applied pressure but hasn't gone away.  In fact it looks just like it did when I discovered it a few days ago.  And now my perineum aches as well as my left testicle.

But the weirdest thing is that when I urinate and do a self check, once in a while I feel like I see raised skin around my urethra that goes away and comes back depending on how flacid I am or not. Nothing is red. The raised skin seems almost like a chafing that changes shape.

The waiting is killing me. Do any of these symptoms make sense? Could I have a yeast infection from the anus to mouth oral? Gonorrhea? Something else? Would love anyone's opinion.

No symptoms would appear the first day... 2-3 days to incubate if not a few more...

All false alarms. All nothing. A symptom of shaving that I had never noticed before. Stay calm, get tested and try not to let the little brain overrule the big brain. Everything is going to be all right no matter what. No problem is too big.

So, something new.  At the base of my penis on the top towards me there are some small red bumps like a small rash. Mildly itchy and it just appeared.  I tested 1 week out so Gono would be detectable but what about HSV or HPV?

That testing time is fine for gonorrhea. Not sure what is going on but unlikely to be a STD.

Well, just got the tests back and everything is "normal". But I did take that test only a week out. I suppose I'll have to get one sometime in the next month to feel safe. The really weird thing is the burning and aching. Wondering if some minor bruising or damage was done with aggressive fingering that occurred at the same time. In the mean time I'm taking cranberry supplements in case there is a UTI and watching for any signs of yeast infection.  Definitely something going on town there.

Any advice/recommendations would be appreciated.

Also, bloating and occasional burning or swollen feeling in anus.  Could this be Trichomonas, or ecoli in the prostate. I've read other threads where people are having a similar issue but gonorrhea and chlamydia came back negative.
