Recieved unprotected Oral sex - mouth ulcer

I received unprotected oral sex from CSW about a week ago. I have developed mouth ulcers something like below

I kissed the CSW in between receiving unprotected oral sex

I am worried because there are lot of changes in my body after the encounter

Also there is a small bite kind of opening on my penis very similar to below image

Hi Alan,

Thank you for your response. I posted the images to be clear on what I am trying to tell. I will have Gonorreah test after a week.

Thanks again.

Oral is very low risk for any std and mouth ulcers arent related.
We dont look at pictures here.

The only likely STD's of note are herpes and gonnorreah but both very low risk.  You can be tested for Gonorreah after a week.,
