Rectal gonnorrhea

Hi, I was wondering- what would be the symptoms of rectal gonorrhea? I was rimmed and fingered by a guy 2 months ago. I had a rectal swab taken 5 days later which was negative, is this reliable? Are there any other infections I could have gotten from this exposure? Also, would a rectal gonorrhea or chlamydia infection show up on a urine test? Thanks guys!

Symptom would be discharge. You were not at risk for a STD from your exposure. Yes a test at 5 days is reliable, but again not at risk for a STD based on your exposure.

Ok thanks! And do you know if rectal gonnorhea would show up in a urine test? Also, hypothetically speaking, could an anal infection of any kind be then transmitted through vaginal intercourse?

No rectal gonorrhea would not show in a urine test only a swab would be able to tell you.
No the infection would not be passed from vaginal sex. If you got anal gonorrhea you could pass it by receiving anal sex.
But again you were not at risk.
