Recurrent Outbreak? Herpes? Miliaria Rubra?

Hello Doctor, I will try and get right to the point.  I had sex with a girl, who seems promsicious WITH  a condom about 6 weeks ago.  2 days later, I got these red bumps, mostly with hair in them in my pubic area, and base of penis (nothing on shaft or head).  Went to the dermatologist a week later, and he thought it was folliculiltis, and prescribed me oral antiobiotics, and a corticosteroid/antiobiotic cream.  In addition to the red bumps, there were these small clear water bumps(maybe blisters?) spread out over the base and pubic area, 1 on left side of pubic area, 1 on base, 2 under scrotum/base, 4 midline area of pubic hair.  The clear water bumps had NO PAIN OR OPEN ULCERS, just scabbed slightly after a day or 2 of showing up. After medication the red bumps with hair in them seem to clear within about a week and a half. Occasional red bumps would pop up after the 1st week of medicine, but would disappear in about a day with the cream.

Went back to the doctor for a final check up about 2 weeks later, all clear. Does this sound like a herpes outbreak misdiagnosed?

Dilemma: Exactly 2 weeks later from being clear (39 days from sex encounter), I get 2 tiny red bumps at the base/pubic area that turned into the water bumps/(blisters?) I described in the first "folliculitis" situation. They were connected, had no pain, never bursted, just went down, and turned into a scab 2.5 days later.  DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A RECURRENT HERPES OUTBREAK from a possible misdiagnosed folliculitis episode? I have been working outside in very humid area.

Will get tested in2 weeks, but so worried...do you think this describes genital herpes?  Thank you.

You posted the same question in the Dermatology forum.  It doesn't particularly sound much like herpes, but I cannot tell from your description.  I have nothing to add to Dr. Rockoff's advice:  Stop trying to figure it out by this or any other online advice, or by searching the internet.  See a health care provider.
