Red Bump

There is this red bump on my penis that kind of looks like a pimple or an ingrown hair but it doesn't pop it just bleeds (a little white pus came out). It didn't hurt but after I tried to pop it did. Now it is tender to the touch and the redness is spreading. I have never had sex but I have masturbated before. Does it sound like herpes or any other STD or is it something else?

You cannot get an std if you have never had sexual contact with another person.
