Red Bumps on Penis Head

So last night I had unprotected oral sex.
A short while after I noticed red bumps on my penis head.

I am not sure what they are it is really worrying me.
They appeared very suddenly also.

They do not hurt but when I move my hand across them they are sensitive

Here is a picture:

Thanks so much,

Would it appear so fast?
and di you see the photo?

Um he is a friend. So I know him fairly well.
I asked and he said he has nothing but I'm not sold on it.
But I don't think Herpes can develope that fast.

How well do you know this other person? It sounds to be herpes to me, HSV1 can be transmitted from the mouth to the penis via oral intercourse and you usually have to wait around 3 months to be tested for it.
