Red Bumps on penis
Yesterday, I discovered that underneath my foreskin, there were some red bumps.  They are very small and are found on the front of my penis head.  They very rarely itch, and if they do it is very very very mild.  There is no liquid coming out of the bumps, and they look way to small to contain any.  They are probably the size of a dot made on paper by a pen.  Is this an STD? My sexual history is as follows: 5 weeks ago - lost viginity, condom fell off, pulled out immediately when realizing; 2-3-weeks ago, received oral sex; last week - hand job.  Thoughts?

Probably not a STD, but should be examined by a Dr.
