Red Spots on Penis shaft and head help please!! Virgin!

Hi i am a 17 year old male, virgin, and i have had an issue with red spots on my penis for over 4 years now. The spots are a pink/red color and are located around the head, tip, and shaft of my penis. There is no itching, pain or discharge from these spots. They r slightly raised and i have over 30 spots in random areas. I have not had sexual contact but am concerned if they are contagious. Please help!!!!!

Yes, sometimes.  You really just need to get this checked out.  If this were on your arm or back or something, you'd get it checked, right?

Its not an std - it can't be.

If you don't think that this is just varying skin pigmentation, you should get this checked out.  It can't be an std, and without itching, or peeling/flaky/dry skin, its probably not a fungal infection.

Maybe its dermatitis, eczema, etc.
