Red bump on penis, Concerned -Pic attached

I had sex with my gf on sunday and today is wednesday morning at nearly 3:34 in the morning. After having sex with her, early the next morning or so i noticed a red sore like thing. my gf has been sexually active before so idk what it could be. If anyone can tell from these ****** pictures, I'd much appreciate it. Please do not make fun of its abnormally small size, this is a genetic disorder that runs in my family. We do not look at pictures here, no one can be diagnosed by pictures and over the internet. And bumps are so hard because they can be so many different things.
If you just got the bump then chances are it is not STD related, it might just be irritation or a fungial infection. It's best to see a Dr.
