Red bumps / small zit-like bumps on penis

I am 22 years old and recently had unprotected sex. Less than 24 hours after I noticed a decent amount of small reddish bumps and some that look like tiny whitehead zits. They are not itchy, and are only slightly irritating. I didn't even notice them until later in the day, and now they seem to be a bit irritating. I feel as though since I noticed them, it's just my mind thinking they are more irritating. Nothing too severe though, I can still go about my day and don't really notice any irritation. I am just very worried. I've researched online and it is very hard to tell if it could be balanitis, a yeast infection, or genital herpes. Prior to this unprotected sex I was in a monogamous relationship for 2 years. Please help with any info. I'm scared it could be genital herpes, although I don't believe symptoms of genital herpes would show up less than 24 hours after unprotected sex.

I also read online that herpes symptoms can show 2-20 days after intercourse.

Even if they are slightly irritating and red? It is freaking me out, I thought about ordering antifungal cream like Monostat. I am worried it could be genital herpes or something else, but I would guess that genital herpes would cause much more pain and worsen after one day?

Hi, no std symptoms shows up in that short of time. Maybe fungus but really to soon for that. Sounds like a friction irritation or you had these before the act and did not notice them.

Symptoms have not gotten worse either. Same amount of reddish bumps, some look like small zits. It's been about 40 hours since the sex.

Also, the girl I had unprotected sex with said she was a virgin. There really is not much irritation, and I figure some of the irritation I do  have is due to me worrying about it/inspecting it. Peeing normally with no pain.
