Red bumps itchy.. plz read

I have a safe sexual encounter. One month later, i saw red bumps on my pubic area. It is very itchy at times. Mostly at nights than mid afternoon comes and goes. Been a week already. Small dots sometimes one or couple of em.

I attached a picture i apologize if its improper but this is freaking me out.

Any comments can help. I am set to see a doctor monday but till than i really want some insight if possible.

There is no pain, not when i'm peeing or anything. Just bumps like that and it gets very itchy.
3-4 red bumps or dots like. Some days its not as bump looks like a skin rash some days its irritating and itchy

We do not look at pictures.
Skin issues can be many things often not a STD, but only a Dr is going to give you an idea what it may be.
