Red bumps on shaft of penis

This morning I was experiencing itching and noticed red bumps on the shaft of my penis. a few days ago i had unprotected sex with my ex-girlfriend and it has me kind of worried. not sure if this is allowed but i figure it would help my chances of figuring out what it is so here's pictures of the rash..

also i noticed they're straight lines of bumps and you cant tell theyre bumps unless you look close.
