Red dot on penis head (flat dot)

yesterday night while goin to the bathroom i had noticed i had a red dot on the head of my penis, i am concerned this may be hsv-1, i had unprotected sex with a girl about a week ago the last time and the first time with her was 2 weeks ago, i know the incubation periods for hsv-1 is about 2 weeks but of course it varies, i dont have any tiching, or pain from it, the only reason i noticed it is by sight alone.. its also very small about the size of a ball ben tip, it appears to be in the upper/ little lft area from my penis head, something else worth noting is that i have a slight curve to my penis (as i look down it curves to the right) making the area where the red dot is the main area of contact with my boxers, and i have had my penis rubbed raw in the past before from such a thing in a different area but it didnt seem like this was the case this time, is looks like a dark red color, i am very concerned what this could be, im aware there are a lot of things that could cause this but what would your expert advice be? is this hsv-1? herpes doesent always give blisters does it for type 1? i thought type 1 can just be a noticable red spot and thats it. regardless im scared out of my mind and i need your help i just wanna know the truth. i have taken a couple photos of the area i am talking about in hopes that that will further help with a diagnosis. again please let me know what this is, anyone else ever have the exact same thing and know what it was? any help will be greatly appreciated,i know im not passed the incubation period of herpes and till i am a blood test will be useless, unless i do a culture test but should i even do that? those are for testing a open ulcer of some sorts arnt they? please help!

one other thing i thought would be helpful is that what ever it it small as it is it seems deep? maybe a burst capilary? its not very notacible but to a person like me who looks at things in very fine detail, when i squeze the area together with my fingers its nearly invisible, when i pull the skin away from the area its very visible, seems similar to a burst blood vessile, but has anyone with herpes 1 or 2 ever seen this? again ther is no itching or burning, no pain, the skin in the area is not raised at all...... something else worth noting bout my partner.. n this is VERY strage but she is allergic to latex?? and for whatever reason.. this is weird but if she gets too excited she feels sick, to the point that it can make her throw up... she said she has gotten sick before, the first time she had sex this happened to her n it made her throw up? that wasy about 3 years ago... that in itself is strange as hell ive never seen anyone do that... but i wounder if my symptoms are the result of being exposed to a yeast infection from her? ive seen a yeast infection on a gf before.. she was diagnosed with it after we had sex, this was years ago but i never had this before, i hadent had any sexual contact of any kind for 8 months prior to my most recent ex and never seen a dark deep red dot on my penis head before, ive masterbated the day prior and this may be a result of that? i really dont know (possibly burst caplary) its was pretty hard
and i have masterbated to the point that it tore me in the past on my shaft due to friction, i know this cus its instantly afterwards that i realised what i did lol but im just terrafied cus i have never seen this before. please any help of past experiences would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance, if i think of anything else worth noting i will post it on here as well.
