Red dots on penis, almost gone and sore after oral sex

Please help, i had unprotected oral sex saturday at 1 am, it was my 1st time (im virgin, no anal, no vaginal just that one time oral) immediately after having oral sex the head of my penis felt sore and i noticed 3 tiny red/purple dots, the dots are almost gone but i still feel kinda sore.  no blisters, no discharges, etc.  time ago i had athletes foot and i somewhat controlled it altho it was still a bit present and today i noticed that it is starting to kinda hurt like if it was coming back. i had urinay track infection 2 years ago, could that be the problem, altho it doesnt hurt when i urinate.

It's posssible you're experiencing an allergic-type reaction.  It doesn't sound like any STD--any STDs are rare after oral sex.  In any case, I doubt it is serious.  If the symptoms resolve, don't worry about it; if they persist or recur, see a health care provider, perhaps a dermatologist.

i forgot to add that im uncircumcised and when i said sore i mean mild pain, no open wounds or anything like that.

so i had unprotected sex about 5 days ago and now i have noticed a few small red dots, one was on the tip but most are on the shaft where the head meets.  What are these?? could it be an STD..   that would suck!!! i made a mistake and should of never had unprotected sex with this girl!  help me!!!!

About 5 months ago i had unprotected oral sex, just recently ve been experiencing a kind of red tiny rash on the top of my penis, it doesnt hurt one bit no irritation or anything i  just worried about it? what is it?

A related discussion, had protected sex with prostitute and had red dots on penis next day followed by flu fever. tested for HIV and all clear even after 6 months was started.
