I've been having unprotected sex with my girlfriend, i noticed several red spots on the head of my penis they're barely seen.. Im so worried about it and i've also noticed that the head of my penis is kinda dry and that what my girlfriend is saying too.. Theres no itching or irritation.. please some help im worried.
