Red patch on penile head

i just had a protected sex 3 weeks ago, and  i had a red patch on my penile gland...i had no other symptom but i had a mouth sore with nail pitting...what possible cause can it be?thank you...

I don't either. You'll never know from this forum or online searching of any kind. See a doctor; that's what they're for.

the original red patch on the penile head disappear on the second day n now appear in other place...anyone know what it could be....thank you

No STD is likely. Given your previous problem with apparent balanitis (odor etc from under the foreskin), maybe that's the problem now as well. Or maybe lichen planus (can include oral lesions) or psoriasis (which causes nail pitting). See a doctor, preferably a dermatologist.
