Red pen sized dots on the head of my penis

About a week ago I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend. Its about a week later, and now i have a bunch of tiny red dots on the head of my penis. They are not sore to touch, but none the less give me concern. She had a yeast infection apparently at the time, and I was wondering if I could have a form of a male yeast infection.

Yes, males can get yeast infections as well, causing balanitis. Especially if you are uncircumcised. There are also other causes possible, including HSV. It's going to be impossible here to guess what it is, I'd just show it to a doctor.
