Red penis with no other symptoms

My boyfriend and I broke up for a little while. During that time he had unprotected sex with a girl. The next day he said his penis hole tingled and he had bumps. The doctor prescribed him an anti fungal cream but that made it worse so he was then prescribed antibiotics. He said he thinks those made him better. He then had unprotected sex with her again. Fast forward to now, three months later. We had been having sex without using condoms for about a month and suddenly one day he got some very small, random white rings on his penis that looked like dry skin. At this point he has had no tingling in his penis hole in the past two months and thinks that was possibly psychological. I was itchy when he got the white circles but I recofnized it to be a yeast infection, which I treated with monostat and have been fine since. He went to the doctor who tested him for herpes and yeast. We are still waiting to hear back about results but in the meantime he is taking oral anti fungals and we have no had sex since the initial outbreak two or so weeks ago. I was thinking maybe he just had a negative reaction to the yeast in the other girls vagina and then was reinfected with yeast when I got my yeast infection. He has had no white bumps in the past week. The only thing is that the head and a little bit past that on his penis is consistently red. He has olive skin and his penis is usually also olive. There is no inflammation or itching or anything. He has been tested and is negative for HIV, HPV, gonnorhea, chlamydia, and syphilis.

Not swollen so not balantis and it's not itchy. ️Just trying to see if this has ever happened to anyone else.

There are no STDs that would cause this. Since his doctor can't find anything wrong, I see no reason for worry.
