Red pimples surrounding head of Penis

I am not sexually active at all apart from having received oral sex about 2 weeks ago from a woman I met. I used a condom in the beginning then didn't.  
The woman stroked the penis a lot, also while giving oral sex. Since she was stroking it and giving oral sex, I lasted about 2 hours with an erection.
I am uncut, and I noticed that my foreskin was swelled and remained like that for about 3 to 4 days after that. I never had sexual experiences and never had an erection lasting 2 hours. She also rolled down the foreskin to stroke it. No lubrication was used, apart from the lubrication from condoms used in the beginning.
Description:
after wards, 3-4 days total  the foreskin of my penis was swelled up, even though when not erect. My foreskin is not swollen anymore.

Presently for a couple days now, around the penis head there are small red "pimples", no white coloring or puss. No residue or anything.
The pimples are not itchy, nor is my penis itchy and it does not burn when I urinate. I also notice that my penis head gets very dry(dryer then normal), even though its inside the foreskin.

I really would like to know what can I do about this..what kind of creams do i use or OTCs to take. Can this be a result from the oral sex?
