Red spots shaving and am a vergin

I had hair on my penis area and I shaved it and when I looked I saw these red spots and it might jist be from the shaveing but am frkin out so if someone could explan this to me I would be greatful (am a vergin I dont know if I could have a diseases I dont know if its evan posible for a vergin to have a sexull diseases)

If you've not had any sex at all - oral or intercourse, you can't have an std.

You could have shaving bumps or a fungal infection.
