Redness

I have large redness area around my inner lips and pain that lasts for long time after urination. There are no bumps or itching, just sharp burning sensation. Also I have it for longer than 1 week. Could it be any kind of STD? Any OTC drugs that I can use to relieve condition? Thank you.

I am worried mostly about the possibility of herpes or of yeast infection.  Herpes of course is an STD; yeast is not.  You say nothing your STD risk--recent new partner, multiple partners, partner with herpes, etc.  If you are at low risk for STD, then yeast is the better bet.

In any case, go to a health care provider for an exam.  If you don't have a regular doctor, go to your local health department family planning clinic or STD clinic; they will be able to quickly make the right diagnosis.  Avoid the temptation to use on of the OTC yeast medications, since we don't know the diagnosis.
