Doctors do not monitor this forum. This is a dermological question as Staph is not an STD. Take care.

Masturbation can spread staph from one location (usually the hands) to another (usually the groin area). This can be a problem. If you notice unusual itching, peeling and loss of the epidermal layers of the skin in either location, rule out staph first before assuming that masturbation is safe sex. Otherwise, use a condom.
