Reoccuring single bump

For about a year and a half now I've been getting a pimple like bump in my pubic area just above the penis. It's never ever showed up on the penis itself. It starts out similar to how a pimple does to were I can feel it slowly surfacing when pressure is applied to it. When it fully sufaces it's always just one large bump about the size of a bean and oval in shape. It also has a smooth surface. It eventually easily pops open by me doing it purposely or by friction of my pants against it. When it does open up theres usually alot of bleeding and sometimes just a little bit of pus. Finally it just heals over and goes away. The whole process usually takes about 1 - 2 weeks. The time they show is random, I can usually go months without seeing it again. I do shave in that area but they first showed up before I ever started shaving. I also go without underwear sometimes for my own reasons.

I've looked at many pictures of examples of genital herpes and molluscum contagiosum and none of them look at all like what I have. Plus like I said it has never shown up anywhere on my penis, usually in the pubic area above and I think sometimes in the area where my thigh meets my groin. It has never spread anywhere else. If anyone can tell me what it sounds like it may be it'll be greatly appreciated. Thank You

I also forgot to add that on the most recent bump I had I squeezed it and something popped out what looked like a small piece of flesh or scar tissue or something and it didnt hurt at all. That was the only time I squeezed anything like that out. Help!!!

I have the same thing right now except I have had only one bump, no recurrence.  I popped mine also and it didn't hurt at all and some small flesh did come out a little bit.  Not sure if it came out or just some of the bump being ripped off.  I would really like to hear what other people say.
