Results conclusive ?

My local clinic tested me for urinalysis, chlamydia and gonorrhea. However, the thing is that they gave me 3 containers to collect the urine samples. The first part went for chlamydia (PCR method), the second went for urinalysis and the third went for gonorrhea (culture). I don't know why they asked for 3 samples so basically the tests were done on beginning, mid and end parts of my urine.

This was done 3 weeks post exposure.

The results came out negative. What are the chances of these results being a false negative ?

Thanks for the reply.

My concern is the urine sample itself. As you know a lot of literature online suggests the first 10 ml or so of urine to yield the conclusive results for STDs.

I don't know why the lab would ask for 3 samples where they could do everything with just one sample.

Should I trust the results and move on ? I am thinking about self-medication since the results wouldn't show anything and the doctors wouldn't proceed.

Those tests are very reliable. You had the tests 3 weeks after exposure so thats more time than needed. You can test for those anytime after 3 days from exposure.  You can be 100% confident in your testing.
