Risk factors for std and hiv

a few days ago at a party I anally fingered a man and rubbed his penis there was no sexual penile penetration.  I washed my hands afterwards....I am  now in a panic about risk factors.  What is the risk of getting an STD or HIV.

Thank for the info.  I posted twice because I did not see the first one come through and thought it did not post.  I appreciate the comment

I have a follow up question : the other person was mutually masturbating me and I may have used unwashed hands to put my penis back in my pants.  Does that change the risk factor by much?

I removed your other post since it was the same as this one.

our read before posting post is located under the important announcements tab.

you were already told this wasn't a risk for any std.  why ask it again?
