Risk from masturbation

I recently met a women who I am unsure of her STI status. At the end of the night she gave me a hand job and at one point my penis end made direct contact with one of her nipples and I left some fluid on there. Now I presume the hand job is pretty risk free in any event but I was wondering about my penis contact with her nipple? Would it be advisable to go and get tested for this or not to worry?

That is correct with your assumption.  Also, babies have weak immune systems.

Thanks I like to worry, the only real reason I asked to be honest was because I have heard that babies could get HIV via breast feeding but I presume that must be in the milk itself. Thank you :)

No, STD's have that name for a reason. Her nipple has no way of transmitting a STD.
