Risk of STD or being paranoid?

What would be the risk of getting an STD from receiving oral sex? (woman receiving from a man) I know it was stupid and irresponsible, but it only happened once and for about 10 seconds and then I asked him to stop (this was around 8 months). But from that time until now, I've been pretty good, nothing abnormal has appeared to me. Would there be a lot of risk/chance of getting an STD (I don't know why but lately this question has been going around my head)? After that one time, I never let it happen again...I've never had sex (vaginal) nor had practiced oral sex to anyone. Am I making a big deal about it?

I know that the mayor risk would have been herpes, but I was 3 years with that person and never had any outbreaks or anything..nor me in my mouth....

I am kind of worried and I would really appreciate your help and info, please!!
