Risks in oral.

I have been in a gay relationship for over 5 years and 4 days ago I let a guy do oral sex to me in a public bathroom (nothing planned)
It lasted 1 minute tops. I ejaculated and left feeling confused and ashamed.
I have no pain so far, no pus coming out. Doesn't hurt to pee. The only thing is that I feel my parts a lot but I believe that is because I keep thinking about them.
I don't want to risk the trust of the love of my live and I'm thinking of coming clean. I will do a PCR test in a clinic (which costs A LOT) in 3 more days and next Friday "have the talk" with the results.
Would the results be accurate?
I need to check for gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes and hiv? (Anything missing?)

I suck :(

Thank you!
Day 5 and no symptoms. For other people I will later on tell how my story ended in case someone is interested in reading.

If I were you, I would get tested only for gonorrhea and wait some weeks for syphilis test so the results would be definitive (to tell you the truth, without sypmtoms and being the exposure receipt oral sex, I wouldn't go to get tested)

Very quickly, aren't PCR tests to reduce the quantity of days to wait?
Because in that case I might do a cheaper/quicker one only for gonorrhea.

Receiving oral sex is low risk for gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes. HIV is not a risk (you can post on HIV forum to get more info)
A test for gonorrhea is accurate a week after fhe exposure, for syphilis 6 weeks and for herpes 3 months so right know only test for gonorrhea. Nevertheless, the lack of symptoms is a very good indicator you have nothing.
