SO STUPID!!! I hate myself!!

Hi guys!! Iv been worried and beyond paranoid the past 2 months!! I did a stupid thing, i had a brief anal rubbing (penis rubbing to my anal) never touched my vagina and wasnt thier any skin to skin rubbing, he was rubbing his gland directly to the anus tryin to insert for 3 seconds but I immediately pushed him away. And then i gave him unprotected oral which was so stupid i know!!!!  The oral have lasted less than a minute and he ejaculated inside my mouth! And I immediately swallowed, as i have read the safest way is to spit it out or swallow. Because the acids would kill any bacteria or virus in the semen! I was completely sure there wasnt any cut or soars inside my mouth! I got tested after one month after the exposure, for HIV1&2 ab/ag and hep B&C and all std's inc hsv1&2 igg&igm!! They all came back negative except for my vaginal swab wich came back positive for yeast infection!
The question is what type of std can i contract from this single exposure for anal rubbing? And oral?  What more std's should i get tested for? Please i cant find peace of mind and everything seems to be wrong!

Probalyno worrying just get checked I know I received oral and. Ow scared to death Been that way for 5 months I've stressed about it I been breaking out all over body and anal itching I am do stupid good luck

I forgot to mention after one month i had consiption for three days after bowel movement i start experiencing anus itching!! I still have it of and on, mild itching!! Im scared to shave the area down there i might irritate it! Could i be std? Am i on a high risk to contract any type of std from just rubbing the head of the penis into my anal without intercourse?? Or the itching came from some type of bacteria that i have contracted in my stomach from swallowing? What type of testing should i get? Please doctor help me!
