STD / HIV / Infection / NOt Able To Find

I had some sexual encounters in the past and once unprotected for 12 min. I had last encounter around 2 months back. Next day after sex, i had sweating. In some days mild digestion issue for one month, vomiting feel but not vomiting, joint pains, headache, sore throat, difficulties in eating, ulcer in mouth. Now i sweat  and my body puts out water but i cant see but feel that. Very small drops of sweat i feel, everyday. I dont have night sweats but whole day small sweats which donot lead to any kind of sweating in body that i can see or dosnot wet me. At times in vehicles or hot place, it can, otherise no. I did HIV test, but my report was negative. But doc asked me for second test since my report was dicy as my report was just below HIV meter in DCR PNR test (hope u uderstand, i dnt know technical word). I have done test for syphillis (syphilis), VDNR test, Hepatitis BC, urine and other tes. All is fine. Now, all symptoms went away, earlier it was i started having inflammation in my eyes and went to the doc again and he tested my eyes (reading the board) and it was normal too., I noticed a pimple beside the head of my penis and it was itchy. I applied some creams and itchiness went away but the pimple is still there but senseless. after few days, i noticed some small dots (pin size) around my penis head and they were also not itchy but only when I squeeze they irritate me. I applied some general cream for "spots" but nothing happened. then all of a sudden I noticed red spots at random places on my body (very less) especially on the chest and the back, but again painless. i have some pain in my neck too. I had pain while urinating for 2 days but it went away itself. i have a small lump on my jaw which is not painful but it came out just 2 days back and just had some bleeding through it. my throat is hurting and lower side of my jaw (above the neck) is also painful. not to mention severe anxiety. Apart from this, I had black, grey, stool or some time white glue parts in my stool.  Dont know what has happed , doctors are not sure. Can you ask me what else test I can do. I used to smoke and everytime I smoked I had ulcer immediately a years back, then I left it. I also ate small hair by chance ,since my mad had hair cut and then he prepared food . I still find that hairs are coming out from my mouth. There is no problem in my chest xray.

Your symptoms do not point to an STD. I would keep following up with your Dr.

any more comments please. The sweating on and off, which i cant see at all (very small drops), are still entire day. I feel pain in my body at time, mainly near kidney place.

If you are having pain in your kidney area, you need to get that checked out.  All of your std tests are negative - you don't have an std.

Since I had sweating , sore throat twice, some problem in digestion and body pains just after a day ot two after sex. There were few other symtoms (symptoms), so am confused how can I dont relate my HIV infection with these symptoms. Kindly suggest. What else can happen. In the past one and half month after exposure I have done test for HIV twice and both the time doctor has told HIV negative in DNA PCR test. However, I am still sweating, small sweats that i cant see but feel whole day. Its very strange and I feel am not fine. I have done all kinds of test - blood, urine, HIV, Hepatitis BC, VDRL, estc. All is fine yet. What should I do now. I want to get out of it, by tracing what happened to me.

Stop posting here and see a Dr. You can not be diagnosed over the internet, you need to see a Dr for a full exam and keep following up with him/her.

Maybe everything is in your head about the sweats.

i am worried if this rash at the back of my shoulder could be hiv symptom. although i ve a partner and we ve been together for 2yrs 7months now but  ve only had stomach upset once and went to hospital but was given pain killer and within 30mins that went off.the doc did ask me if i had any ras on my body then but there was nothing like dat and no std as well as diaerhea,she called a senior doc and he checked my penis and lymph and said am fit. they however took my blood for test but dint tell me what test they conducted,this was done twice and after sometime i was told my blood is clean and there was no infection.i have not slept with anybody since then. i mean since dec 2008 but am worried abt the rash on my back although not alloevr just back of my shoulder,can you olease explain what may cause this?
