STD- SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

So a month ago , I got an STD test and I was clear. However I did have Bacterial Vaginosis, and I got it resolved within the course of a week. But a week ago, I had unprotected sex once, and I think it was a huge mistake. Since then, my vagina has a little sting/burn to it. It also has a slight yellow/green tint to it. Does ANYONE know what this is ?!!?
