STD Concern

Im a married male that recently had a short sexual encounter where I received anal from a man who I did not know. He used protection for the whole act and said he was clean. Its been 6 weeks and I haven't had any reactions that look like an STD. At 1 week I did a saliva HIV test but understand it wouldn't show up that early. Also had a gonnahrea/chlymydia test that was negative.

I tested for hsv2 at 5 weeks with an IGG blood test and it came back negative. Just recently I have a rash/chafing feeling in between scrotum and thigh but no visible redness or bumps. Its hot out so I wonder if its heat rash or something else. I just want to know what my risks for different STDs are and if I should test more.

Since I'm at the 6 week mark with no symptoms and a negative IGG at 5 weeks should I be worried as I have been?

No real risk for STD's, but to be safe herpes at 3 months and syphilis at 6 weeks
