STD Conclusive Windows

In mid-March I was tested for the following STD's below a few days after an encounter. There were two different Hepatitus' I was test for. One was "B", the other was "A" or "C" but I don't recall. If any of you know which other Hep is tested as an STD please fill me in. My main question is what are the conclusive windows for testing of the following:

HIV
Genital Herpes
Gonorrhea
Syphilis
Chlamydia
Hepatitus B
Hepatitus A or C
