STD? PURPLE AND RED BALLS

Ok to start off, im to scared to go to the doctor cause of embarrament............ My nuts are red, itch a lot at night time, and sometimes turn purple..... I had unprotected sex.... Is this a STD? I shaved it cause i thought i had crabs, but it worked for a little , still red itchy now......... HELP PLEASE, if this is really bad im just going to go to the hospital!

Dr's have seen it all and heard it all. This site is not a replacement for a Dr.
This does not sould STD related, but if causing you discomfort worth seeing a Dr.
