STD? Please Recommend

It has been around 4 days now after having unprotected sex (condom broke) with a prostitute, I started to get the following symptoms:

- neck feeling swollen
- mild burning sensation when peeing occasionally
- frequent diarrhea
- I have a small pimples in shaft of penis but it has been there for a long time already
- I am unsure about any discharge, because I am uncircumsized with phimosis so there seems to often be some leftover pee after urinating

I got tested for HIV, Syphillus, Hep B, and Chlamydia 3 days after exposure. All came back negative. For Gonorrhoea Gram's stain showed "Gram negative rod in single = Rare" and "Epithelial cells = Rare". The rest of Gram stains were "not found"

Do I have an STD? What is the situation that I am potentially working with here and what are my options?

I had one small pimple on my just above my upper lip. Is that one?

Dr hook said if you didn't have a hsv lesion in 14 days you were ok.

Well you had a risk but none of the symptoms you have are related to a STD. Would be wise to test for gonorrhea and chlamydia again-just to make sure but tests you already took for those should be valid. herpes at 3 months, HIV at 3 months and syphilis at 6 weeks.
