STD Possible from a Brief Encounter

Saturday afternoon 4/16/2016 I was working out at the hotel gym that I was staying. I noticed a guy looking at me and I followed him into the Gym sauna. I know very stupid of me.  I touched his penis a little bit and he touched mine as well. He proceeded to give me oral for probably less then 20 seconds the first time and then another 20 seconds at most before I realized that this was wrong. (felt very guilty as to what was happening.) I walked out and left.  Sunday afternoon I am feeling quite the need to urinate and feel pressure on my prostate. My stomach is giving me hell as well.  There is no pus. Just the need to pee and it hurts after a pee and the sensation is there all day.I tend to be a bit of a hypochondriac . So  I start feeling that I have symptoms.  What are my chances that I caught a STD in that window. Please help. I also tend to suffer from chronic pelvic pain syndrome and prostatitis when I get stressed out and believe this is what is going on, since this started less then 24 hours after the encounter. I tried a AZO strip and it came up negative.  I told myself not to have this happen ever again, but I had just come from family funeral and was feeling really down. I know, no excuse. I guess I am looking for what my chances that this is a STD and not just my stress and anxiety kicking in.  I feel really guilty.

Thank You for confirming what I thought.  When I have a high stress incident and guilt this happens.  It takes a while to get over it as I continue to dwell on it and still think its a STD.  JUst to confirm. Its a very low risk as you said and almost no chance.

Hi, no std shows sympotoms the next day so would appear its anxiety related only. You had very low risk activity.
