STD Risk/Possible Symptoms?

Hello,
This is embarrassing but I had a sexual encounter recently with someone of unknown STD status. We engaged in naked skin-skin contact/cuddling, making out, frottage, mutual masturbation and a handjob. No open cuts or sores were on my body nor my partner's (that I know of). What is my risk of possible STI/STD? I have OCD and am obsessing terribly about it. I ordered a 10-panel STD test that I will get done in 8.5 weeks but that is so long to wait. I'm worried because now I have a slight discomfort on the tip of my penis (end of the urethra I guess you'd say) that's a tad bit red and a little redness on my shaft but I wonder if that's from masturbating too much which I have been lately.
