STD Risk from Fingering w/ Cut

I noticed a cut around an hour after fingering a girl. While I was fingering her I noticed a significant amount of blood present, I'm not entirely sure if it's from a broken hymen or if it was menstrual blood. I don't think it's likely the 1/2 cm cut that went around 1 mm into the skin could've produced that much blood. I was wondering what would be the risk of having contracted any STDs during this procedure, of it anyone thinks I should have it examined.
