STD Risk

Hi, i previously posted in the HIV Prevention community! Around 7days ago i had a encounter with a Ladyboy in Bali, I gave and received unprotected oral sex! I have been told no real risk for hiv and no need to test! The last few days i have began experiencing pain in my testicles, as of now my right testicle in painful and red, not sore to touch but an aching pain, doesn't seen to be swollen but i could be wrong and may be! I would like to know what anyone would recommend or the risk? I am concerned now as the pain is getting any better, worse if anything?

Thanks for any help!

Sorry I should have read properly. Giving oral sex can be a risk for bacterial std's

Here is a risk assessment chart. For your own peace of mind get tested regularly. Like evey 6 months.
Giving- Gonorrhea, syphils etc. a bit of high risk for the giver.
Receiver - almost the same but lower risk.

If there is pain in your testicles have it checked out by a doctor. But it not always a std symptom. If you have no symptoms then your all good receiving oral sex is very low risk. Im speaking from experience here. Been in a similar situation before. Stay safe!

Pain in the testicles is not always a sign of STD. Pain while urinating with discharge that is a sign of STD's. You may test for gonrrhea already. And at 6 weeks you may test for syphilis if you want to. And also hsv1 at 3 months. And as a sexually active individual get tested every 6 months for your own safety. Stay safe!
