About 6 months ago, I started noticing this really bad odor coming from my vaginal area, even within 10 minutes of stepping out of the shower. And I don't discharge a lot, but more than I used to. For instance, more than just around the time of my period. That, however, has a different smell than my vagina and its color is white. Today, I was showering and noticed a spot on one of my outer lips where it looks like I cut myself shaving. I was wondering if this might be some symptoms to any STDs?
Also, about 2 years ago, I went in for my annual PAP and my doctor informed me that there were "unidentifiable cells." After running a few tests, she found nothing and simply advised me to get a PAP every 3-4 months. Since then, there hasn't been anything unusual. Do you think this might play a role in what is going on now?
I don't think I've gotten an HPV test done.. do you think this could be that? I also haven't had any other type of symtoms... no burning, bumps, bleeding, etc.

Odor usually suggests bacterial vaginosis.  I'd advise that you get tested for that, and other stds while you are there.

Do you think the cut could be because of that? It doesn't hurt or burn, only when I touch it with my hands. Otherwise, I wouldn't know it was there.

Yep.  It could be from the irritation.
