STD after oral sex with CSW?

Dear Doc,

I have visited a CSW in a sauna club two weeks ago. She gave me unprotected blow job, then I licked her unprotected, and after that we had protected vaginal sex. Additionally, I had some oral herpes at my lips few days before. Althoug it was nearly healed, there was still an eschar at my lips, and I don't know whether this is an additional risk. The lady seemed to be very clean, she washed before and after, but at the end I don't know whether she could have some infections.

Now I am very worried whether I could have been infected with some deseases due to the unprotected oral sex, in both directions.
I had such episodes a few times, but the latest is about one year ago and I am sure I was healthy after that.
In this two weeks since the exposure I had no symptomes like sores, blisters, discharge or pain during urination. The last two days I had a little pain at the end of the urethra, but I guess that is because I checked my penis nearly a thousand times for some symptomes and so it is a little bit flamed now.

Besides, 10 weeks after this exposure I had unprotected sex with my wife, she stimulated her clitoris with my penis  and I came in the region of her clitoris, without inserting my penis into her vagina.

Now these are my questions:

1) As far as I have read in different sites, there should not be a risk being infected with HIV, right? Also with the eschar at my lips?
2) How is the risk about chlamydia? As they mostly have no symptoms, I am worried that I could have been infected and passed them on to my wife
3) When I am two weeks without symptoms, is it still a risk to be infected with gonorrhea? I have read that also gonorrhea is sometimes without sympoms, so I have the same worries like in 1)
4) How about syphilis, after how many weeks without symptomes could I be sure that there is no infection? Is there in general any risk due to the fact that syphilis is mainly between homosexual men? Is there a risk that I passed it on to my wife?
5) Two weeks without HSV sores, is there still a risk to be infected?
6) Do you recommend any STD testing? I don't want to pass anything on to my wife, she is pregnant and I am really worried. How many weeks should I be without symptoms to be sure that I don't have any STDs? Is two weeks enough?
7) Is there a serious risk that I infected my wife? Can we go on with unprotected sex?
8) Could I have an infection in my mouth and pass it on via the penis?

I know that there is low risk for oral STDs, but when you research the internet, there are so many different meanings that I am totally confused and scared. And I am worried that I might have something without symptoms. But on the other hand, I think when I have no symptoms I rather should believe that I am healthy, right?

Thank you very much in advance for your answer.

Best regards,
Richi

Thanks again. One question: Are you a MD?
If not, how can I pass on my questions to a MD?
And do i understand right that Syphilis ist hereditär quite unlikely?
....therefore quite unlikely

Hi,
1. HIV is zero risk
2. Most std experts say that chlamydia cannot be transmitted oral only gono and
3.  even at that its very low risk and highly unlikely you contracted it as evidensed that you dont have any back throat oral infection. .
4. With syphilis she would need an open active syphilis sore and you would need an open sore for the germs to enter so without that it cant be passed.
5. Since you already have oral hsv your basicly immune to contracting it genital and she would be the one at risk.
6. Since your married test for the below:
Syphilis at 6 weeks
Gono at 5 days
HSV 2 at 3 months
